Affirmations

When I was taking psychology 101, I learned that anxiety and excitement have the same physical effect on the body. Since then whenever I felt myself getting nervous, I would say, “I am so excited for…”. Instead of trying to ignore these heightened emotions, I would embrace them. Here are some affirmations that make me feel calm.

"I am at peace with all that has happened, is happening and will happen because I trust that the Universe is conspiring for my highest good”

“I am confident and I trust my actions”

”I am excited to meet new people”

”I am radiate beauty and confidence”

“Life is filled with new opportunities and beautiful experiences”

”I am protected and I feel safe and secure”
